FloStyle is provided as it is. There is no warranty that it is correct, complete or free from defects, and no promise that it will keep running without interruption on your devices or at your venue.
Scores, results and progression are worked out by the app from the rules it ships with. The organiser is responsible for checking them against the rules of the event before they are published or acted on.
Lava Logic and the developer accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the app, including loss of data, loss of results, or a competition that cannot be run.
Your data stays on your devices and at your venue. The app has no account and sends nothing anywhere unless the organiser chooses to publish results to paddlefreestyle.com. Results only: a paddler marked bib only has their name withheld, and junior classes start that way. Keeping a copy of a day is yours to do.
