FloStyle is provided as it is. There is no warranty that it is correct, complete or free from defects, and no promise that it will keep running without interruption on your devices or at your venue.

Scores, results and progression are worked out by the app from the rules it ships with. The organiser is responsible for checking them against the rules of the event before they are published or acted on.

Lava Logic and the developer accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the app, including loss of data, loss of results, or a competition that cannot be run.

FloStyle may not be sold. Without written permission from Lava Logic, no person or business may charge a competition, a club or anyone else for a service that uses FloStyle, such as judging, scoring, timing or results. That covers a fee, a day rate and payment in kind.

Anyone may use FloStyle to help for nothing. A club or organiser may run its own event with it, entry fees included, because that is running an event and not selling FloStyle. To ask about paid work, write to hello@lavalogic.co.uk.

Your data stays on your devices and at your venue. The app has no account and sends nothing unless the organiser publishes results: a paddler goes up with only as much of their name as they are marked for, juniors on first names. One other thing leaves a device: an anonymous crash report. Settings turns it off.
